Coaching with Nemophilist may be for you if you are capable, responsible, and used to coping but something no longer feels quite right.​

The people I work with are conscientious. They care deeply about doing things well. They often hold significant responsibility and manage many competing priorities - at work, at home, or both, and rarely afford themselves the time or space to think clearly without pressure.

My style of coaching works well for individuals, carers, organisations, business owners, leaders, and managers living with heavy loads.

My work blends professional coaching with the proven wellbeing benefits of time outdoors in nature, which offers relief without asking even more of you. 

​

I was privileged to experience transformational outdoor coaching in early 2019.  It enabled me to rediscover nature, re-find myself, develop a work/life balance, enhance my physical and mental health, and increase my resilience. I’ve never looked back!

 

I believe that nature has a quiet way of opening our minds to new ways of thinking and being, as well as invigorating our senses - the feel of the sun on your face, the wind in your hair, the sound of the birds chirping and leaves whispering, to the sweet scent of wildflowers or earthiness of fungi.

​

With fewer distractions and without ceilings on your thinking, coaching outdoors supports deeper reflection and turns possibility into purposeful action.

 

In that magical space, real change becomes tangible as you notice what matters, reconnect with yourself, and to choose a path that feels true.​

​

I support you to slow your pace without losing your momentum, allowing you to step out of survival mode, restore your energy and regain clarity and control.

 

Together, we untangle ideas, surface what truly matters for you, and shape a way forward - moving you from vague thoughts and stalled plans to meaningful goals, realistic steps, renewed motivation and commitment.

You don’t need to love nature to work with me - and you don’t need to fit a particular mould

 

If working outdoors is unfamiliar to you - or if distance, accessibility, time, or life circumstances make that difficult - that’s not a problem.

​

I coach in the ways that work for you.

​

I work with clients across the UK and I’m equally at home coaching people remotely. Alongside outdoor sessions, I offer coaching via phone and online platforms including Google Meet, Microsoft Teams and WhatsApp.

​

​When indoors, I work from a private forest themed workspace.

​

The same principles of unhurried presence, grounded curiosity, and space to think clearly are woven through my coaching whether we’re walking side by side, sitting somewhere quiet, or meeting online.

 

Some clients prefer roaming phone calls, sitting outside in the garden, or hiring a local room if that feels right for them.

​

What matters is creating a space where you can pause, reflect, and move forward in a way that feels supportive and accessible for you, and this might change from session to session.​
