Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Statement
At Nemophilist Coaching & Wellbeing, I believe that everyone deserves space to think, reflect, and be heard with respect - irrespective of their age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage and civil partnership, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion or belief, sex, or sexual orientation.
I welcome clients from all backgrounds, identities, and with different life experiences. Coaching with me is a place where you can bring your whole self without judgement.
I am committed to creating a space that is inclusive, thoughtful, respectful, actively anti-discriminatory, and psychologically safe; where difference is respected and valued. This includes people of all genders, ethnicities, sexual orientations, faiths, abilities, neurodiversity, ages, and life circumstances.
Whoever you are, and however you identify, you are welcome here. I aim to create a space where everyone can feel safe to fully be themselves. I continue to reflect on my own learning so that I can work with greater awareness, sensitivity, and care and my practice remains thoughtful and fair to everyone I work with.
Outdoor coaching can sometimes present practical considerations around accessibility. Where nature-based sessions may not be suitable or comfortable for a client, we will always explore alternative ways of working together that feel supportive, accessible and inclusive.
Outdoor sessions are always adapted to suit each client’s comfort, pace, and accessibility needs.
If there is anything that would help you feel more comfortable or supported in our work together, you are always welcome to say so. I aim to make coaching accessible and will work with you to make reasonable adjustments wherever possible.
You will be met with openness and respect.
Coaching works best when people feel safe enough to think freely, speak honestly, and be fully themselves. Creating that kind of space matters deeply to me.
