Feedback, Concerns or Complaints
Nemophilist Coaching & Wellbeing
I hope that your experience of coaching with me feels supportive, respectful and valuable.
If something doesn’t feel quite as you’d hoped, I encourage you to raise it with me. Coaching works best when we can speak openly, and I will always take care to listen and respond thoughtfully.
Often, simply talking things through together brings clarity and resolution.
Sharing feedback
You’re always welcome to share feedback at any point during our work together.
This might be something that’s working well, or something you’d like to feel different. Your reflections help shape how we work and ensure the space remains supportive and useful for you.
Raising a concern
If you feel able to, you can raise any concern directly with me, either during a session or by email. I will take the time to understand what’s happened and work with you to find a way forward that feels fair and constructive.
Making a formal complaint
If you would prefer to make a formal complaint, you can do so by completing the online feedback form, or in writing by email to:
hello@nemophilistcw.co.uk
I will:
- Acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days
- Aim to provide a full response within 14 working days
If I need longer to review the matter, I will keep you informed.
Concerns about your personal data
If your concern relates specifically to how your personal data has been handled, you are welcome to raise this with me in the same way.
This might include concerns about:
-
how your information has been collected, stored or used
-
access to your data
-
how long your data is retained
-
or how your rights have been upheld
I will take all data-related concerns seriously and respond in line with my responsibilities under UK data protection law.
You also have the right to raise a concern with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK’s independent authority for data protection.
You can contact the ICO at:
https://www.ico.org.uk
You are not required to contact me before doing so. However, if you feel comfortable, I would welcome the opportunity to understand and resolve your concern with you directly.
Where your concern relates to personal data, I will respond in line with applicable data protection requirements.
If we're unable to resolve things together
My intention is always to resolve concerns openly, fairly and with care.
If you feel that your complaint has not been resolved satisfactorily, you may choose to raise it with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), whose Code of Ethics I adhere to.
A final note
Raising a concern will never affect how you are treated. You will always be met with respect, care and professionalism.
