Coaching and Working Together

What might become possible if your next steps were taken with clarity and self-trust?

Coaching that creates space to think clearly and move forward

Nemophilist Coaching & Wellbeing offers calm, grounded coaching for people who are carrying a lot or standing at a turning point and know that something needs to change.

You may be capable, responsible, and used to coping, but feel overloaded, stretched, or quietly running on empty.

Or you might be navigating a personal or professional transition and need space to reflect, to regain clarity, and to decide what comes next.

This is not a place to be rushed, fixed, or pushed.

It is a place to pause, breathe, and think with care.

Who I work with

I work with thoughtful, committed people who:

  • Hold significant responsibility

  • Are used to supporting others

  • Feel the weight of constant decision-making

  • Are at a crossroads or in transition

  • Want clarity without pressure.

I work with professionals, leaders, individuals, parents, carers, organisations and business owners - seeking change via quiet introspection, thoughtful action, renewed purpose and direction, and a clear way forward.

Why might people come to Coaching?

People come to coaching for many reasons. You might be looking to:

  • Create space when life feels full

  • Reconnect with your values, energy, or sense of direction

  • Think more clearly and make grounded decisions

  • Navigate change, transition, or uncertainty

  • Restore balance between your responsibility, and yourself

  • Take your next career or leadership step

  • Rebuild your confidence or self-belief

  • Plan for your future

  • Move towards what you truly want and begin acting on it.

You don’t want or need more advice.

You need space - and someone who listens with care, depth, and attention.

How Coaching can help

Coaching does not remove life’s complexity. It helps you to meet it with greater clarity, steadiness, and agency.

Coaching rarely arrives as a dramatic breakthrough.

Clients often arrive at Coaching feeling stretched, overloaded, or unsure of their next step.

Through steady, reflective conversations, they begin to notice small but significant shifts, such as:

  • Clearer thinking and stronger decision-making

  • Reduced overwhelm and greater perspective

  • Increased confidence and self-trust

  • Healthier boundaries

  • Renewed energy and direction

  • Actions becoming clearer

  • Progress on goals that had felt stalled

  • Leadership that feels sustainable rather than reactive.

Sometimes change is evident in career moves or decisions made.

Sometimes it is more subtle and arises from greater self-belief and clarity within.

Coaching offers more than space - it creates movement - helping you shift from coping, to choosing with greater confidence.

With space and reflection, many people find they begin to move forward with greater self-confidence, integrity, and ease, not because life is simpler, but because they are more grounded within it, and more comfortable in their own shoes.

How we can work together

Individual Coaching Sessions

I offer a number of ways to work together, depending on what feels right for you.

Session prices are the same whether we meet outdoors, online, or in person.

Pay-as-you-go:

  • 90 minute session: £165

  • 120 minute session: £210

This option works well if you want focused space around a specific issue, decision, or moment of change. Additional sessions can be added if needed.

Block bookings

For those who value continuity and momentum:

  • 4 × 90 minute sessions: £620

  • 4 × 120 minute sessions: £790

Block bookings offer better value and allow insight to deepen over time, without pressure or rush.

Coaching programme (6 sessions)

For more sustained support and meaningful change:

  • 6 × 90 minute sessions: £900

  • 6 × 120 minute sessions: £1,140

This option suits people who want space to explore patterns, build clarity, and move forward with intention over a longer period of time.

Annual retainer

Ongoing, spacious support across a year of life and or leadership:

  • 12 × 90 minute sessions (one per month): £1,680

  • 12 x 120 minutes sessions (one per month): £2,100

This works well for people who value regular reflective space and a steady thinking partnership across the year.*

*Payment can be made monthly or annually, with a small reduction for upfront payment.

Organisational and Leadership Coaching

I work with organisations, business owners, and leadership teams who want to lead and work in ways that are both effective and sustainable.

My work supports:

  • Aspiring leaders and new managers stepping into responsibility and wanting to lead with confidence, clarity, and integrity

  • High-potential employees preparing for their next step and developing their leadership voice

  • Senior leaders and department heads carrying significant responsibility, running at pace, or feeling depleted

  • Business owners and founders seeking space to think strategically and plan their next direction

  • Teams and groups wanting to rebuild trust, improve communication, or navigate change well

This includes one-to-one leadership coaching, reflective wellbeing initiatives, and team sessions designed to strengthen clarity, relationships, and decision-making.

Much of this work can take place outdoors, where stepping away from desks and screens allows conversations to deepen and perspective to widen.

Nature is not a novelty in this context, it creates the conditions for clearer thinking, healthier dialogue, and sustainable action.

Every organisational partnership begins with a discovery conversation to understand context, scope, and desired outcomes. Delivery is shaped to suit your people and environment.

Leadership coaching begins from £295 per 120 minute session.

Programmes and team development work are priced according to scope.

If you’re curious about what this could look like within your organisation, I’d be happy to begin a conversation.

What clients say about my Coaching

Employed client, 2026

Questions helped me to think about the end goal before focusing on the details which helped me clarify what I wanted and what was important about it.

Business owner, 2026

In six-eight weeks I have gone from an idea to actually doing it. It’s mind boggling where I have come from to where I am now and I am sure it was because of the coaching that you delivered. Thank you.

Client, 2026

Carolyn’s gentle questioning helped me think through different options and was encouraging as well as softly challenging where needed to help me test out my thinking.
