How we can work together
Individual Coaching Sessions
I work with professionals, leaders, individuals, parents, carers, organisations and business owners - seeking change via quiet introspection, thoughtful action, renewed purpose and direction, and a clear way forward.
I offer a number of ways to work together, depending on what feels right for you.
Session prices are the same whether we meet outdoors, online, or in person.
Pay-as-you-go:

90 minute session: £165

120 minute session: £210
This option works well if you want focused space around a specific issue, decision, or moment of change. Additional sessions can be added if needed.
Block bookings
For those who value continuity and momentum:

4 × 90 minute sessions: £620

4 × 120 minute sessions: £790
Block bookings offer better value and allow insight to deepen over time, without pressure or rush.
Coaching programme (6 sessions)
For more sustained support and meaningful change:

6 × 90 minute sessions: £900

6 × 120 minute sessions: £1,140
This option suits people who want space to explore patterns, build clarity, and move forward with intention over a longer period of time.
Annual retainer
Ongoing, spacious support across a year of life and or leadership:

12 × 90 minute sessions (one per month): £1,680

12 x 120 minutes sessions (one per month): £2,100
This works well for people who value regular reflective space and a steady thinking partnership across the year.*
*Payment can be made monthly or annually, with a small reduction for upfront payment.

Organisational and Leadership Coaching
I work with organisations, business owners, and leadership teams who want to lead and work in ways that are both effective and sustainable.

Much of this work can take place outdoors, where stepping away from desks and screens allows conversations to deepen and perspective to widen.
Nature is not a novelty in this context, it creates the conditions for clearer thinking, healthier dialogue, and sustainable action.
Every organisational partnership begins with a discovery conversation to understand context, scope, and desired outcomes. Delivery is shaped to suit your people and environment.
Leadership coaching begins from £295 per 120 minute session.
Programmes and team development work are priced according to scope.

How I work
My approach is steady, relational, and grounded in real life.
Sessions with me can take place:

Outdoors in nature (walking or seated)

Online, by telephone, or via roaming call

In person, by arrangement.
I find that working outdoors is especially powerful as it allows your full presence away from daily distractions. Beyond walls and screens, you are free from the constant pull of devices, deadlines and demands.
Being in nature, walking side by side in woodland or open space can help thinking to slow down, perspectives to widen, conversations to deepen, and more honest reflections that help you to make the choices that feel right for you and enable you to move forward with clarity and direction.
Nature is a supportive presence that helps thinking to breathe. It is an active partner in my coaching.
I believe that nature restores what noise erodes.

Working with me in Selby, York & the surrounding area
I’m based in North Yorkshire and work with individuals across Selby, York, and the surrounding villages, as well as clients across the UK.
Outdoor and in-person Coaching sessions can take place outdoors in accessible green spaces around the Selby and York area:

Within (approx.) 15 miles of Selby - e.g. Skipwith Common, Wheldrake Woods, Bishop Wood, York Museum Gardens, Rowntree Park.

I'm happy to travel further afield by arrangement. *Travel beyond this may incur additional costs to cover time and costs, agreed in advance.
Sessions can also take place online, by phone, or through roaming walking calls for those who prefer flexibility.

Locations for outdoor sessions are always agreed together to ensure they feel safe, comfortable, suit your pace, and support the nature of the work - offering you space to think clearly away from desks, demands, and constant noise.
Practical details for outdoor sessions
I take a thoughtful approach to outdoor coaching.
Sessions take place in carefully chosen, accessible outdoor spaces that support calm, reflective thinking.
Your safety is approached with care and awareness - considering the environment, weather, and individual needs. Walking is always optional, and sessions can be adapted at any time.
Where conditions aren’t suitable, we can simply move online or indoors.
This allows you to experience the benefits of coaching outdoors, while feeling supported, comfortable, and at ease.
Things to bear in mind:
If meeting outdoors, the weather can be unpredictable - dress for the weather and when necessary, wear suitable footwear and waterproof outerwear.
You may also want to bring refreshments in a rucksack, and sun screen / insect repellent in summer months.
