Unfurling

There’s a particular moment in spring that’s easy to miss.
Not the first bright day, or the sudden burst of blossom, but something quieter,
when the landscape begins to soften. When colour returns, gently. When buds loosen, and leaves start to unfurl.
It doesn’t happen all at once, and there’s no grand announcement, just a steady, almost imperceptible shift towards growth.
And yet, everything is changing.
Over the past few months, something similar has been unfolding here.
Behind the scenes, Nemophilist Coaching & Wellbeing has been taking shape - slowly, thoughtfully, and with care.
What began as an idea has found its roots.
And now, quietly and without fanfare, it is here.
Open.
Ready.
Growing.
Spring reminds us that growth doesn’t need to be hurried to be real.
There is a natural rhythm to things:
a time for stillness,
a time for preparation,
and a time for emergence.
Coaching often begins in a similar place.
Not with certainty, but with a sense that something is ready to shift.
A need for space,
for clarity,
for a different way of moving forward.
This is not about quick fixes or forced change.
It is about creating the conditions where something new can take shape;
at your pace,
in your way,
with the space to think clearly and honestly about what matters.
Sometimes that looks like stepping away from the noise.
Sometimes, it means walking side by side outdoors, where perspective comes more easily.
Sometimes it simply means having a place where you can pause, reflect, and begin again.
As the season turns, you might notice your own sense of movement and ask yourself:
What feels ready to emerge?
What has been quietly gathering beneath the surface?
What might grow, given the right conditions?
Nemophilist Coaching & Wellbeing is now open, and I’m beginning to work with a small number of clients.
If you’re feeling that pull towards something new, or simply the need for space to think,
you’re welcome to begin with a discovery conversation.
Because growth doesn’t need to be forced.
It just needs the right conditions.
